We use contemporary applied technology as the core element of biotechnology method, biological systems, and tissue culture to create products and services in agriculture, medical sectors, as well as transfer of technology.
Agriculture:
Bio-T Square uses high throughput
culture biotechnology to transform
plants of low yielding varieties to a
high yielding sustainable superior
germplasm as well as large scale
propagation of any given plant

Drug discovery:
We use a systematic tissue culture
based method to isolate or
fingerprint lead molecules from
natural compounds using bio-assay
guided fractionation of diverse
molecules run through C-18
column using various solvents.Each
fraction is tested in tissue culture
system for efficacy and therapeutic
index. A fraction selected based on
dose response curve of the highest
therapeutic index and fingerprinted
spectrophotometricaly.
Tissue Culture:
We create variety of biological systems including transforming cells using reporter gene and Cell-fectin. We develop primary and secondary cell lines from any organs and tissues.
Gene Sequencing:
We use fluorescent dye terminator sequencer to identify gene mutation. Extracted and purified DNA Samples will be subjected to dye terminator sequencer to identify region/s of mutation.
Environmental Science:
Bio-TSquare is engaged in natural Plant epoxy polymer.
Vernonia oil is biodegradable and poses no environmental pollution when compared to conventional epoxies made from petroleum which are the major causes for volatile organic emission (VOC). We intend to prmote natural epoxy oil to bio-degradable plastic producers and paint coating manufacturers. Environment pollutant identification Is another area where we can make differences as well.
